At Feathership, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@feathershipdesign.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
2. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will share the return instructions with you.

You are responsible for securely packaging the item and shipping it back to the address provided.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item/damaged product).
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@feathershipdesign.com with clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund based on the situation and your preference.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period:

Check your bank account or payment provider again.

Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
