Do you ship across India?
Yes. Orders are shipped pan-India; processing takes 1â3 business days after you place the order.
Do you ship internationally?
International orders are available on requestâplease email support for availability and a shipping quote. (When available, USA/UK deliveries typically take ~7â14 business days.)
How long does delivery take within India?
Standard: ~4â7 business days; Express (where available): ~2â4 business days, shown at checkout.
What are your processing times?
Orders are processed in 1â3 business days (no weekends/public holidays).
How do I track my order?
Use the Track order link on the website (Shiprocket) or your accountâs Order History.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
YesâCOD is available within India.
Is shipping free?
Free-shipping promos may appear, otherwise charges are calculated at checkout by weight, dimensions and destination.
What is your return window?
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving an item, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Are custom or made-to-measure items returnable?
Custom/personalised/final-sale items arenât returnable unless damaged or defective on arrival.
I received a damaged/incorrect itemâwhat should I do?
Email support within 48 hours of delivery with photos; the team will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method in 7â10 business days. (Shipping fees are non-refundable unless it was our error.)
Which payment methods do you accept?
Secure online payments via trusted third-party providers. We already have secure payment integrated in the checkout section.
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders ship from Mumbai, India.
Will I have to pay customs duties/taxes for international orders?
Any applicable customs/duties in the destination country are the buyerâs responsibility.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Contact support with your order details; Feathership will coordinate with the courier to resolve delays/loss.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are only for defective/damaged/incorrect itemsâplease contact the team within 48 hours of delivery.

Custom work is referenced in brand/terms; for availability and timelines, please contact support directly. (Note: custom orders are non-returnable.)
